<p>We are hiring an Inpatient Pharmacist for a leading hospital in the UAE. The role involves reviewing, dispensing, and monitoring medications for inpatients, ensuring patient safety, accurate dosing, and adherence to clinical guidelines. The pharmacist will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and support quality patient care.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Dispense and manage medications for inpatients according to hospital policies</li>
<li>Review prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and potential drug interactions</li>
<li>Provide clinical recommendations to physicians and nursing staff</li>
<li>Participate in medication therapy management, ward rounds, and case discussions</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with hospital, DOH/DHA/MOH, and safety standards</li>
<li>Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation</li>
<li>Educate staff and patients on medication use and safety</li>
</ul><strong>Requirements</strong>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Pharmacy</li>
<li>Minimum 2–5 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience</li>
<li>DOH / DHA / MOH license required</li>
<li>Knowledge of clinical pharmacy, drug interactions, pharmacotherapy, and hospital protocols</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>
