<p>We are hiring a <strong>Family &amp; Marriage Counselor</strong> for a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The counselor will provide therapy and guidance to individuals, couples, and families, addressing relationship issues, marital challenges, parenting concerns, and emotional or behavioral difficulties. The role involves assessment, counseling sessions, crisis intervention, and collaboration with healthcare or mental health teams to ensure holistic support.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>

<li>Conduct assessments of individuals, couples, and families</li>
<li>Provide counseling and therapy for relationship, marital, and family issues</li>
<li>Offer crisis intervention and conflict resolution strategies</li>
<li>Develop treatment or care plans tailored to clients’ needs</li>
<li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive support</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports</li>
<li>Educate clients on communication, coping strategies, and emotional health</li>
</ul><strong>Requirements</strong>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in psychology (Master’s preferred)</li>
<li>2–5 years of experience in <strong>family, marriage, or relationship counseling</strong></li>
<li>Experience in <strong>individual and couples therapy, conflict resolution, and emotional support</strong></li>
<li><strong>CDA/DCD License </strong>preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication, empathy, and documentation skills</li>
<li><strong>Arabic and UAE experience</strong> are a plus</li>
