<p>SSMC is seeking motivated <strong>UAE National Pharmacist graduates</strong> to join our growing pharmacy team. This role is ideal for <strong>fresh graduates</strong> who are passionate about patient care, medication safety, and pharmacy operations. Intern experience is a plus, but not mandatory.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Assist in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently under supervision.</li>
<li>Provide basic medication counseling to patients as per standards.</li>
<li>Support daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management and documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with DOH standards, SSMC policies, and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and other clinical teams to ensure optimal patient care.</li>
<li>Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pharmaceuticals and guidelines.</li>
</ul><strong>Qualifications</strong>
<ul>
<li><strong>Mandatory:</strong> UAE National (Emirati).</li>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in <strong>B.Pharm</strong>, <strong>Pharm.D</strong>, or any equivalent pharmacy-related qualification.</li>
<li>Fresh graduates welcome; <strong>internship experience preferred</strong>.</li>
<li>Eligible or willing to obtain <strong>DOH Pharmacist license/trainee license</strong>.</li>
</ul><strong>Skills Required</strong>

<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
<li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and grow within a clinical environment.</li>
<li>Basic computer literacy.</li>
