MBA or advanced degree preferred.</span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:2pt;margin-top:2pt;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Solid experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.</span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:2pt;margin-top:2pt;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Proven track record in global key account management, with demonstrated client retention and growth success in the Retail vertical.</span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:2pt;margin-top:2pt;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:2pt;margin-top:2pt;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.</span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:2pt;margin-top:2pt;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.</span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:2pt;margin-top:2pt;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Excel, logistics software).</span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:2pt;margin-top:2pt;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.</span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:2pt;margin-top:2pt;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Experience with lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.</span></span></li></ul>
