<p>Key responsibilities</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for achievement of allocated budget<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Map the market and maintain a market intelligence of customers in the region.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain book of business as agreed&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work on Integrated Solutions for Customers &nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop a prioritized target customer list and focus sales effort to penetrate and grow the target customers<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure 100% CRM adoption and maintain pipeline as per budget<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Add new customers as agreed.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Focus on DSO and collections&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Carryout MBR/QBRs for critical customers<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop strong understanding of the business of Critical customers to aid customer retention.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure effective communication with Pricing and Operations teams on any opportunities, challenges, and alternative options for improved pricing strategies.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Network with internal Business units on information sharing and identifying fresh opportunities for the division.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
