<h3 data-section-id="mprbmu" data-start="202" data-end="224">About the Role</h3>We are looking for a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our logistics team in Mosnov, Czech Republic to help ensure inventory accuracy within our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for performing regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and supporting stock accuracy across systems and physical inventory. Your work will play a key role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and delivering excellent service to our customers. The position focuses on verifying warehouse stock accuracy and resolving discrepancies through regular inventory counting and reconciliation processes.<h3 data-section-id="165gfiz" data-start="866" data-end="894">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul data-start="895" data-end="1725"><li data-section-id="184ojx2" data-start="895" data-end="953">Complete cycle counts in line with inventory schedules</li><li data-section-id="tw5vx6" data-start="954" data-end="1050">Reconcile physical stock counts against system records in SAP/AOS and escalate discrepancies</li><li data-section-id="18u4wwt" data-start="1051" data-end="1141">Maintain all paperwork and documentation related to cycle counts and stock adjustments</li><li data-section-id="1byto37" data-start="1142" data-end="1231">Investigate and resolve pack line discrepancies and inbound supplier paperwork issues</li><li data-section-id="19jfkog" data-start="1232" data-end="1297">Conduct random checks of completed packages prior to shipping</li><li data-section-id="1kx06ww" data-start="1298" data-end="1396">Produce internal KPI reports and Pareto analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives</li><li data-section-id="d15v8c" data-start="1397" data-end="1460">Respond to routine inventory and customer-related inquiries</li><li data-section-id="1caycnb" data-start="1461" data-end="1536">Ensure compliance with standard work instructions and quality processes</li><li data-section-id="15b7yba" data-start="1537" data-end="1635">Support warehouse and operational teams with inventory-related investigations and improvements</li><li data-section-id="1ohia4g" data-start="1636" data-end="1725">Perform other duties as assigned by management</li></ul><h3 data-section-id="dpatec" data-start="1727" data-end="1758">What We Are Looking For</h3><ul data-start="1759" data-end="2385"><li data-section-id="19cmss2" data-start="1759" data-end="1836">Previous experience in an automotive, warehouse, or logistics environment</li><li data-section-id="146a4qs" data-start="1837" data-end="1903">Experience with order process control and inventory management</li><li data-section-id="90dsec" data-start="1904" data-end="1953">Good understanding of SAP and AOS systems</li><li data-section-id="16m1iez" data-start="1954" data-end="2022">Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel</li><li data-section-id="bg3d7q" data-start="2023" data-end="2069">Excellent attention to detail and accuracy</li><li data-section-id="14zapqc" data-start="2070" data-end="2125">Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills</li><li data-section-id="12cfefs" data-start="2126" data-end="2176">Good communication in English and Czech</li><li data-section-id="28f077" data-start="2177" data-end="2275">Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage repetitive tasks accurately</li><li data-section-id="ygfp6q" data-start="2276" data-end="2385">High school diploma required; additional education is an advantage</li></ul> Compensation DP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
