Here at P&O Ferries we are seeking a Graduate to join our IT Team here in Woking on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who are a market leader in ferry travel and we can help you to take your career in any number of directions. Key responsibilities and duties: <ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Support day-to-day operational and project activities within the department. </li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting to inform business decisions. </li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders. </li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Prepare presentations, documentation and reports as required. </li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Participate in structured learning, training and development activities. </li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. </li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Build effective working relationships across teams. </li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. </li></ul>The ideal candidate will have:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:48px;"><li>Bachelor’s degree 2:1 classification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline from a UK or Irish University </li><li>Relevant professional accreditation (or willingness to work towards). </li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Practical experience through placements, part-time work or relevant project work </li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"> Experience working in a team environment </li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"> Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively </li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li></ul>Location – Woking.
