<p data-start="177" data-end="202"><strong data-start="177" data-end="202">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-start="204" data-end="1404"><li data-section-id="17ywqeh" data-start="204" data-end="307">Achieve targeted productivity and quality standards for Container Freight Station (CFS) operations.</li><li data-section-id="z5wnci" data-start="308" data-end="385">Implement and monitor cost control strategies and operational procedures.</li><li data-section-id="6cvbq" data-start="386" data-end="486">Liaise with customer representatives to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.</li><li data-section-id="f2alwr" data-start="487" data-end="607">Supervise carting, stuffing, de-stuffing, and loading activities in line with documentation and client requirements.</li><li data-section-id="koka51" data-start="608" data-end="710">Ensure timely placement of import containers prior to customs inspection as per customer requests.</li><li data-section-id="5yyc3g" data-start="711" data-end="816">Enforce adherence to safety protocols in accordance with established SOPs and Risk Assessments (RAs).</li><li data-section-id="awyymw" data-start="817" data-end="916">Coordinate with Warehouse In-Charge and contractors to achieve operational and team objectives.</li><li data-section-id="hpdxum" data-start="917" data-end="1025">Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE), and supply chain security standards.</li><li data-section-id="mu1qq6" data-start="1026" data-end="1128">Oversee proper placement and handling of empty containers for stuffing and de-stuffing operations.</li><li data-section-id="b2ppp4" data-start="1129" data-end="1210">Ensure hazardous cargo is handled safely and stored only in designated areas.</li><li data-section-id="it0lsm" data-start="1211" data-end="1304">Report any cargo damage at the time of arrival to customers promptly via phone and email.</li><li data-section-id="1a8ls7p" data-start="1305" data-end="1404">Coordinate with surveyors, checkers, and vendor supervisors to ensure quality service delivery.</li></ul><p data-start="1406" data-end="1443"><strong data-start="1406" data-end="1443">Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul data-start="1445" data-end="1866"><li data-section-id="1akb87i" data-start="1445" data-end="1565">Basic knowledge of CFS (Container Freight Station) operations, including documentation and cargo handling processes.</li><li data-section-id="1a2mp8x" data-start="1566" data-end="1691">Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse/logistics management systems.</li><li data-section-id="1fbnjk3" data-start="1692" data-end="1739">Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li data-section-id="11sliai" data-start="1740" data-end="1805">Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.</li><li data-section-id="bgi5d7" data-start="1806" data-end="1866">Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.</li></ul>
