<p>Deliver process training aligned with Amazon SOPs (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, sorting, etc.)</p><p>Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training (OJT) sessions</p><p>Customize training content based on process changes or client requirements</p><p>Create engaging learning materials (PPTs, videos, assessments)</p><p>Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Amazon client stakeholders</p><p>Identify training needs through TNI (Training Need Identification)</p><p>Align training plans with business goals and SLAs</p><p>Monitor trainee performance and conduct refresher trainings</p><p>Analyze productivity, quality, and error trends to identify skill gaps</p><p>Drive continuous improvement initiatives through training interventions</p><p>Ensure training compliance as per Amazon and internal standards</p><p>Maintain training records, attendance, and certification logs</p><p>Support audits (internal/external/client audits)</p><p>Track and report training metrics (throughput, effectiveness, attendance)</p><p>Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards</p>
