<p style="margin-left:5.25pt;"><b>Job Role:&nbsp;</b></p>
<p style="margin-left:5.25pt;">We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional <b>Executive Assistant</b> to support the Chief Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance officer.&nbsp; This role will support, with responsibilities spanning schedule management, communication support, and team coordination. In addition to providing dedicated support to the Head of the department, the Secretary will also oversee non-technical administrative functions for the entire Internal Audit team—including updating the organization chart in the system, maintaining a centralized calendar for team birthdays, gatherings, and special events, as well as coordinating other internal initiatives that enhance team engagement and efficiency.</p>
<p style="margin-left:5.25pt;"><b>Your Responsibilities:</b>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the Head of the department calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and events.</li>
<li>Coordination with other EAs across group entities and coordination with individuals as directed.</li>
<li>Handle incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Head of the department.</li>
<li>Organize and support materials preparation for meetings, presentations, and reports.</li>
<li>Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and expenses.</li>
<li>Liaise between the head of the department and internal/external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings, executive meetings, and high-level corporate events.</li>
<li>Track and follow up on pending tasks, decisions, and deadlines to support effective time management (within the team and external) and track events such as birthdays, service anniversaries, etc.</li>
<li>Support the planning and coordination of departmental events such as team gatherings, offsite meetings, workshops, and internal celebrations</li>
</ul>
<p style="margin-left:0cm;"><span><b>Requirements and Skills:</b></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant</span></li>
<li><span>Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail</span></li>
<li><span>Professional communication skills, both written and verbal</span></li>
<li><span>Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</span></li>
<li><span>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels.</span></li>
<li><span>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic and demanding environment</span></li>
</ul>
