Your Role:  
The Pharmacy Unit in charge will oversees all aspects of the pharmacy operations and enhance the profitability of the pharmacy. The role will also administer the team in the unit, maintain and monitor the display and merchandising standards of the unit, as well as adherence to QC standards and all other regulatory standards of the pharmacy unit by means of effective administration and coordination with various departments and staff, following set standards and monitoring the stock of the unit.  
Your Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Promote in-house brands, visit nearby doctors on a regular basis, execute various marketing strategies in consultation with the respective area manager regularly so that the unit achieves gross profit target along with other targets. </li>
<li>Update and send reports to the Manager/Assistant Manager of operations on local market conditions, competitors' activities and related events. </li>
<li>Monitor the overall operations of the unit and ensure that the SOPs & the other regulatory procedures are adhered to QC & DSES standards. </li>
<li>Plan and supervise management of inventory of the store by regular monitoring, stock taking and coordinating with the purchase department. </li>
<li>Consult with respective area manager to bring in the best product mix for the unit & administer strict compliance to “target zero” expiry drive. </li>
<li>Impart on the job training to the team to improve their performance level and increase morale. </li>
<li>Monitor & follow Quality Control & DSES standards in the unit by administering that all members follow all standard protocols. </li>
<li>Monitor & administer unit opening & closing hours, create duty roaster for the staff in the unit & monitor discipline in the unit. </li>
<li>Dispense Medicines efficiently by advising regarding drug interactions & effects, medication brands etc. </li>
</ul>
Education & Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelors/Masters in management, business, marketing or any relevant field. </li>
<li>4 years of experience in retail/operations. </li>
<li>Proven experience in pharma retail. </li>
<li>Strong product knowledge. </li>
