<li>Identify, engage, and onboard doctors and healthcare professionals to partner with King’s College Hospital London – UAE</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners, clinics, and healthcare networks across the region</li>
<li>Develop strategic outreach plans to expand our referral base and clinical partnerships</li>
<li>Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking forums</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners</li>
<li>Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy</li>
</ul>
<p>✅ <strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Native or fluent Arabic speaker</li>
<li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare business development or medical recruitment</li>
<li>Strong network of medical professionals in the UAE and wider GCC region</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)</li>
