<p><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;"><strong>About the role </strong></span></p><p><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">DP World is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to oversee European‑led Perishable accounts. This role focuses on deeply understanding customer challenges, identifying the job to be done, and collaborating with internal teams to build optimized, end‑to‑end integrated solutions across DP World’s portfolio. The goal is to create long‑term value, consistency, and a personalized customer experience—not traditional sales.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><div><strong>How you will contribute</strong></div><ul><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Develop and execute a comprehensive plan and strategy for this service offering in collaboration with Operational leadership.</span></li><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Generate leads and opportunities, ideally supported by an existing network within the perishables industry.</span></li><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Achieve financial growth targets and expand DP World’s geographic and solutions footprint.</span></li><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Identify and build relationships with key decision‑makers at all levels within customer organizations.</span></li><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Maintain a strong understanding of customer expectations regarding operational solutions, costs, and performance—anticipating challenges where possible.</span></li><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Understand customers’ businesses strategically, operationally, and financially, including their buying processes and key influencers.</span></li><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline of current and future opportunities, including opportunity value and win probability.</span></li><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Coordinate RFQs for new and renewal business, collaborating with cross‑functional teams as needed. Own the commercial relationship and contract negotiations during bid phases, acting as the internal advocate for the customer.</span></li><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Follow internal commercial processes, procedures, and thresholds, fostering close cooperation between Account Management, G‑KAM, Operations, Operational Excellence, and other functions (IT, HR, Finance, etc.).</span></li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>What you will bring</strong></div><ul><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with an established network in the perishables industry. Technical or commercial credentials (or equivalent work experience) and demonstrated expertise in Account Management, including pricing tools and cost databases.</span></li><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Strong knowledge of logistics, 2PL and 3PL, multimodal transport, customs brokerage, and ecommerce within the perishables sector, including Tier‑1 supplier environments and related production and logistics processes.</span></li><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Fluency in English.</span></li><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Ability to empathize with customers, understand their perspectives, and advocate for their needs within DP World.</span></li><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and create structure in a fast‑moving environment.</span></li><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.</span></li><li><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time for global engagements.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p>DP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
