working with the regional team to ensure maximum utilisation of the fleet. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCommercial ManagementChartering:<ul><li>Lead the chartering activities for P&O Maritime Logistics in required region/regions;</li><li>Coordinate the deployment of all P&O Maritime Logistics assets with the Commercial and Operational team, to ensure optimal utilization and day rates are achieved;</li><li>Develop and/or review the relevant tenders & offers in line with Company’s Commercial Directives;</li><li>Coordinate and monitor of contract execution by consolidating progress and value reporting for analysis by senior management team, advising on variation and potential risks, advising on invoicing and recoveries;</li></ul>Contract Management: <ul><li> Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and conditions and in alignment with the company’s policies and financial objectives.</li><li>Draft, review, and finalize commercial agreements, including charter party contracts.</li><li>Manage contract administration, including monitoring compliance, addressing any issues and contract close-out</li></ul>Financial Performance:<ul><li>Develop pricing strategies to optimize vessel utilization and maximize profitability.</li><li>Track revenue, costs, and expenses related to vessel operations.</li><li>Prepare financial forecasts and reports, highlighting key performance indicators.</li><li>Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies</li></ul>Relationship Management:<ul><li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively</li><li> Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.</li><li> Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.</li></ul> SELECTION CRITERIAQualifications and experience Minimum Qualifications:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:55.2px;"><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in a chartering management role within the offshore oil and gas industry.</li><li>Sound knowledge of vessel operations, including PSVs, AHTS, and crew boats.</li><li>Demonstrated success in business development and contract negotiations.</li></ul>Minimum Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years’ Offshore Support Vessels (OSV) experience with oil and gas industries in a Chartering / Commercial Management role.</li></ul>KEY ATTRIBUTESTechnical Skills:  <ul><li>Strong understanding of commercial and financial principles within the maritime industry. </li><li>Proficiency in market analysis, financial modelling, and risk assessment.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.</li></ul> Leadership and Collaboration:<ul><li>Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.</li><li>Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  </li></ul>
